Yes, we deliver and pick up across Bonaire. No shipping costs; delivery and pickup are free with every booking.

When do I pay?+

You pay on delivery, in cash (dollars or euros). No deposit, no upfront payment.

Do I get a discount for longer rentals?+

Yes! Book 5 days or more and automatically get 20% off your entire order. No code needed.

Do I need to pay a deposit?+

No deposit required. We trust you'll handle the gear responsibly, the way it's safe with you at home.

What if I'm not sure of my dates yet?+

No problem, book when you know. We're flexible with last-minute reservations, subject to availability.

What if something gets damaged?+

No need to worry about normal wear. We don't charge for sun, wind, or sand damage. For real damage or loss, we'll reach out and find a fair solution together.

Will I get a confirmation after booking?+

Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email right away with all details: gear, dates, delivery address, total. A day before delivery, we message you on WhatsApp to set a delivery window.

Can I still change or cancel my booking?+

Up to 24 hours before delivery you can change or cancel at no cost. Send us a WhatsApp or email and we'll adjust it on the spot.
