About us

We are Josephine and Tijn, two young entrepreneurs living together and working on Bonaire since 2025. Alongside our jobs as a nurse and at a popular resort on the island, we started Bonaire Beach Essentials to make beach days easier, more comfortable, and more sustainable, for both tourists and locals.

We believe in traveling light, renting smart, and enjoying the island to the fullest. When we’re not working, you’ll often find us at one of Bonaire’s beaches with friends, a full cooler, and a BBQ, enjoying everything island life has to offer. That carefree beach experience is exactly what we hope to share with you!

Wij zijn Josephine en Tijn, twee jonge ondernemende twintigers die sinds 2025 samenwonen op Bonaire. Naast ons werk als verpleegkundige bij het Fundashion Mariadal en op een populair resort zijn wij Bonaire Beach Essentials gestart om stranddagen makkelijker, comfortabeler en duurzamer te maken, voor zowel toeristen als eilandbewoners.

Wij geloven in licht reizen, slim huren en optimaal genieten van het eiland. In onze vrije tijd zijn we vaak op één van de stranden van Bonaire te vinden, samen met vrienden, een goed gevulde koelbox en een BBQ. Dat zorgeloze strandgevoel willen wij graag met jullie delen!
